We are a custom woodworking shop, so anything on our site can be modified to meet your needs, and almost everything we offer is custom made as well.
Before ordering, please make sure you understand the product and know what size you need. We are here to help with any questions if the website does not answer any questions you have or you are unsure how to determine the size you need. It is important to ask any questions before placing the order.
Once you have picked an item or items you would like to have quoted or order, please fill out the quote or contact form and submit it. If you do NOT receive an email confirming your request, you will need to resubmit as that indicates that we also did not receive your request.
We will then respond with an invoice through Paypal which will include the shipping, minus any discounts that you are eligible for, and includes the payment link so you can pay whenever you are ready to place the order. Once you pay, we will send you an email confirming that we did get your payment.
As a small business, using Paypal for sending invoices and receiving payments is less hassle for handling your order on our end, and makes a more secure transacton for you. We never have your credit card/bank information, and only get whatever billing and shipping information that you send us. If this is a problem for one reason or another, we can give you instructions for mailing payment, although it will delay completion of your order.
We have never had a refund request and take pride in both the products we sell and our customer service. As a one person operation, (occasionally two) we do sometimes take longer than we like to get back to our customers quote requests/questions, but we do return calls and emails as soon as possible. That can sometimes take a day or two at the most. If you are on a deadline, or must have a product quickly, please make a note of this. We can rush production and rush ship, it will just cost more.
Everything is custom made once you order, so nothing is in stock. An order from us is usually not something that you can get off the shelf elsewhere. The only exceptions are things that are noted as stocked stair part items.
We ship using Fedex, and when we ship, you will receive an email with the tracking information and estimated arrival date. Once your order arrives, we appreciate and welcome feedback. Whether it could have been better, or even if it just met your expectations, we want to hear about it. Your experience can be used to better serve you as a returning customer and for future customers. Your feedback matters to us.
